Deleting Your Account

This is for individual users. Schools, Districts or anybody on an enterprise account should contact us directly here.

Deleting an individual SPEDup account is a two step process.

1. Before deleting your account, please be sure to back up ALL data you may need in the future. SPEDup will not be responsible for lost data due deleted accounts.

2. To delete your username and SPEDup access, go to the "Settings" button on the homepage and then click Delete MyAccount.

To cease your subscription, you will need to notify AppStore or Google Play as all billing is processed through the app.

Once you have deleted your subscription, you will no longer have access to SPEDup.
