The SPEDup dashboard houses each teacher's reports. When a teacher creates reports
from data collected, the reports can be found in the Dashboard for easy access. Notice the school year dropdown menu at the top. The current year will automatically be shown. Previous years’ data will be accessible in the drop down menu.
When a student is selected, all previous reports will be listed with the most recent at the top.
When you select a report, it will open a new page. You'll see tabs across the top of the page where you can select:
Overview - A total of behaviors and duration
ABC Analysis - Access charts of scatterplots for incidents over time, graphs by antecedents and graphs by behaviors and duration. Data can also be viewed as spreadsheets for each of those same areas.
Intervention Analysis - Similar to that of ABC Analysis
In addition to creating reports in the app, reports may also be created here in the dashboard by clicking on the "New Data Summary Report" button at the top. This is not to be confused with creating individual ABC Reports for when a student is exhibiting a behavioral event. Individual ABCs are created in the mobile app.
To generate a new data summary within the dashboard, select new data summary. Select the dates (i.e. a grading period) and click 'Generate'.
On the dashboard you can view individual ABC Reports by clicking 'ABC Reports' next to 'Data Summaries'. You will see all your contact students' ABC Reports including those created by other staff for your student. Each can be opened and viewed.
You can also print each ABC by selecting the printer icon at the top. The same can be done for individual intervention reports.
