Viewing ABC Data

Student data collection is done in realtime and be accessed easily.

Viewing behavior reports and the data generated from the reports, can be done from the home screen by clicking on directory and selecting a student.

Once you select the student you will see their page open. In the bar at the top, you can see the number of ABC Reports, Interventions and Escalations.

In the white section you can see “Overview”. This is where you can access the analysis charts of antecedents and behaviors from the data collected. To see a breakdown of antecedents, click on antecedents. The graph shows the percentages for antecedents that occurred prior to the behaviors. To see a breakdown of behaviors, click on behaviors.

Below antecedents and behaviors you can see “Intervention Log” showing ABC Reports Duration and the Intervention Duration for the total time the student received instruction related to behaviors previously reported. The time log displays total time and can be viewed for specific dates such as a grading period, by entering those dates through the filter.

Below the filter you can see the actual reports that were completed.
